We Want YOU!
...to see if you could be a help planting Bible believing Baptist Churches in Ireland!
As Bible believers, we are called to start churches. Lots of them. Not start hospitals, or counselling offices, but CHURCHES! And we are called to start the right kind of churches – ones that fervently cling to the clear words of Scripture. Churches need to be started in Europe that rapidly reproduce themselves. Ones that evangelise entire regions and countries in a single lifetime! Without strong, Bible preaching churches, pubs take over.

Without churches, people starve for hearing the Gospel. Without churches (BIBLICAL churches) all of society crumbles, and caves in on itself – and no amount of government intervention will save society!

The question is,
will YOU help start churches in Ireland?

Your Tasks (should you desire to come to Ireland) will include

  1. Soul-winning at least one afternoon or evening every week.
  2. Helping teach Adult or Children’s Sunday School when needed.
  3. Meeting every week and participating in projects and ministry planning.
  4. Hosting people in your home for dinner from time to time.
  5. Participating in as many of the church ministries as possible and where you are gifted, including regularly preaching and teaching the Bible.
  6. Personally discipling new believers every week.
  7. Travelling to other churches and helping them and encouraging them from time to time.

                      Church Planting Team Principles

  • The reality is that no Missionary is able to start churches alone! At least not normally. Numbers 11:14 I am not able to bear all this people alone, because it is too heavy for me.
Jesus sent out church planters in pairs, not alone. Mark 6:7 And he called unto him the twelve, and began to send them forth by two and two.
  • That does NOT mean, husband and wife are the team, because THEY TWO actually only count as one. In reality, a man does not marry a wife to fulfil the ministry, he actually marries a wife to have children and raise a godly family. He joins with another man to accomplish God’s ministry.
  • Barnabas always preferred to work with another team-member! Whether with Paul, or later with John Mark, etc. Acts 11:25 Then departed Barnabas to Tarsus, for to seek Saul:
  • The Apostle also always liked to work together with other men to plant churches. 2Corinthians 1:19 For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you BY US, even by me AND Silvanus AND Timotheus... 2Timothy 4:11 Only Luke is with me. Take Mark, and bring him with thee: for he is profitable to me for the ministry. Acts 16:10 And after he had seen the vision, immediately we endeavoured to go into Macedonia, assuredly gathering that the Lord had called us for to preach the gospel unto them.
  • It is vital to new churches that those that pastor and disciple them are part of a TEAM and have continuity.
